Telecom providers usually only give welcoming gifts to new customers– which often makes existing customers feel underappreciate.

Because Ben is happy with all of their loyal clients, we sent them a personal surprise.

Together with the band ‘George Kush Collective’ we expressed Ben’s gratitude by sending customers a thankful video serenade. The serenade appeared on a digital postcard and was personalized for each individual.
